Looking back on 2022

And yet another year has flown by! At Oasis Resorts, we enjoyed a wonderful winter sports season, a beautiful spring, an excellent (and hot) summer and a magical Indian Summer. With the end of the year approaching, it's time to look back. Which accommodations at our Oasis Resorts ended up being the most popular in 2022? And which resort in the Netherlands, France or Austria emerged as the absolute winner? Here's the final list of 2022!

Oasis Punt-West

The Dutch coast was, once again, a popular destination for both Dutch and German holidaymakers in 2022. At Oasis Punt-West, we enjoyed many warm days at the beach, in the woods and, of course, at our own beach club Brasserie Zeven. These were the two most popular accommodations at Oasis Punt-West in 2022: 

1. Villa Super VIP  

With no less than 556 reservations, our Villa Super VIP is the absolute winner of Oasis Punt-West (and thereby of all Oasis Resorts) in 2022. And for good reason: with a lovely furnished waterfront terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and two spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, this is the ultimate luxury accommodation for the whole family!

2. Hotelstudio Waterfront 

The runner-up this year was our Hotelstudio Waterfront, with as many as 550 reservations made. This did not come as a surprise, as our famous studio is the ideal "tiny house" on the waterfront; including daily breakfast, furnished terrace and kitchenette!

Oasis Les Portes du Soleil

A luxury winter ski holiday in the Alps or an active summer holiday surrounded by beautiful nature? At Oasis Les Portes du Soleil there is no need to choose, you can do both! With its central location on the slopes and beautiful hiking and cycling routes nearby, this stunner in the French Alps has been a wonderful holiday destination for many in 2022!  

1. Luxury 3-bedroom apartment | 5 pers.

The 5-bed accommodation at Oasis Les Portes du Soleil was once again a great success during the 2022 winter sports season. With a balcony, fireplace and wonderful views of the surrounding slopes, this spacious apartment is perfect for holidays with family or friends!

2. Luxury 3-bedroom apartment | 4 pers.

The slightly smaller families have also been thought of at Oasis Les Portes du Soleil! With 133 bookings, our 3-bedroom apartment for 4 travellers comes in second place this year. A lovely accommodation for both the winter and summer months, including a spacious balcony or terrace!

Most popular: sunny family villas

Oasis Les Jardins

Spending time on the beach, in your private pool, on sunny French boulevards or in beautiful nature; that's holidays at Oasis Les Jardins! Besides the high season, the pre-season and post-season were popular times at Oasis Les Jardins this year, with wonderful temperatures and sunny days. These two accommodations stood out in 2022: 

1. Acacia 6 with pool

This 6-bed villa with private pool, three comfortable bedrooms, a generous garden and a fully equipped kitchen was by far the most popular accommodation at Oasis Les Jardins this year. And looking at the photos...we totally get it!

2. Sophora 8 with pool

Larger families have massively booked our 8-person Sophora villa in 2022, also equipped with a lovely private pool. As the spacious garden offers both shade and sun, this villa is ideal for hot summer days as well as for cooler times during spring and fall!

Most popular: cosy accommodation in the mountains

Oasis Princess Bergfrieden

Austria is beautiful in winter as well as in summer! Throughout the year, our cosy resort Oasis Princess Bergfrieden has welcomed guests from all over the world. With a ski bus stop on its doorstep, the best hiking and biking routes in the area and Seefeld's town centre just around the corner, Oasis Princess Bergfrieden is the ideal holiday destination for all ages. These were the most popular accommodations of 2022: 

1. Suite 2+2 Pers.

Our cosy suite for 2 to 4 people was booked a whopping 403 times this year! A great place to stay all year round, thanks to the cosy living room, balcony (or terrace) and private cooking facilities. With a delicious breakfast included!

2. Luxury apartment 4+2 Pers. 

Booked only 2 times less than the suite, our luxury apartment for 6 can also be called a winner. This runner-up got booked mostly in summer and we understand why; with its fantastic balcony including mountain views, this is a great spot to relax during the summer months!
